  • Our courses are suitable for all employees, in any work environment. Some of the courses are UK specific, others are global.

    The courses particularly appeal to HR and payroll teams, Wellbeing Champions, Mental Health First Aiders, members of Employee Resource Groups, managers and leaders.

    No prerequisite financial knowledge or training is required.

  • Yes, private individuals can also complete our courses.

  • You can access our courses on any electronic device as long as you have an internet connection. This means you can complete them anywhere, using your smartphone, tablet or laptop.

  • Yes. You can log in and revisit the course material as many times as you like, even after completing the course. We also email learners when we make updates to the course, so you can stay up to date.

  • Some of our courses are global. Others contain references to UK legislation, and resources and services only available in the UK. Check the individual course pages to find out more. We hope to launch more global courses soon!

  • Yes! If you are looking for bespoke courses for your organisation or employer network, please contact us at support@moneyfirstaid.net. Bespoke courses are a great way to increase awareness and uptake of existing financial support already on offer to employees in your network.

  • After completing your purchase, you will get an email confirmation with joining instructions to access the course.

  • If you've forgotten your password you can request a password reset via the login page. If you are unable to resolve the issue this way you can contact: support@moneyfirstaid.net.

  • The course is created in English. Given the course is all online, it is possible for the learner to translate the written content into their preferred language using the translation feature on their internet browser. Some videos may also be able to add subtitles in other languages. We can show you how to do this on a call if required.

  • Yes, if you want to purchase the course for multiple employees we do offer discounts. Contact us at support@moneyfirstaid.net for more information. Or book a call to discuss further.

  • Our courses can only be used per person and therefore you would need to purchase a course license for each employee you would like to undergo the training.
